- Approve minutes of September 16th 2008 and October 21st 2008
- Discuss and resolve points raised during public comment at the October 21st meeting
- Public comment
- Confirmation of appointment and acknowledgement of ombudsman and alternates
- The Code and the words omitted. Lawyers comments and action to be taken
- Freedom of information and adherence to the rules
- Town certification that all employees etc. have received and signed for the code
- Selectmen making all employees etc. fully aware of the ombudsman, complaint form and the procedure to bring a complaint
- Any other business
- Adjourn
